 Welcome to the new home of Integrative Health of Orlando. This is now the new home for the Orlando Diabetes Project, the Orlando Thyroid Project and the Orlando Neuropathy Project. Here at Integrative Health, we work with a team approach to care. We integrate the best of medicine and lifestyle as well as nutritional couseling and functional medicine to bring all the tools needed to treat each patient where they are and deliver the best results possible.
This landing page will be able to direct you anywhere you need to go for either Orlando Diabetes Project, Orlando Thyroid Project or the Orlando Neuropathy Project. Use the horizontal navigation at the top to find any company information, information about our staff, download new patient forms, watch a few of our truly insrpirational patient testmonials, or to contact us.
The vertical navigation running down the left hand of the page will direct you into the pages for Orlando Diabetes Project, Orlando Thyroid Project or the Orlando Neuropathy Project. Use the social navigation bar on top if you want to follow us on Twitter or Facebook, or read one of the latest articles from our blog.
We've also added a button for you to request an appointment, and a button for you to leave a review. To request an appointment, click the button. That will open up a form for you to fill out. We are not always able to meet the specific time and date that you request, but we will do our best! Fill out that form and submit it, and someone will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the appointment date and time.
